Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for preventing falling-down of an operator from a vertically movable device, which is positively actuated by operator's own weight at the time of falling-down of the operator and can be freely moved upward and downward at the time of normal operation, whreby operations, for example, on an iron tower can be facilitated.
