PURPOSE: To obtain an inexpensive shift preventing apparatus having a simple structure, by bonding sheetlike foam to the bottom surface of the article used on a carpet so as to be bonded thereto in a freely detachable manner.

CONSTITUTION: A carpet becoming an upper structure is provided on a carpet 1 having a cut pile structure becoming a lower structure in a freely detachable manner. The carpet 2 is prepared by implanting piles 4 composed of nylon or polyester in primary base cloth composed of hemp or synthetic fibers and applying an adhesive 5 to said base cloth 3 in order to prevent the detachment of the piles and subsequently bonding a sheet 6 obtained by slicing low density soft polyurethane foam thereto. Since the pile structure of the carpet 1 is penetrated in the perforations of the sheet 6 in this device, even when the force F parallel to the surface of the carpet 1 acts, no slip phenomenon is generated.
