PURPOSE: To finely divide a viscous material such as butter or margarine and press, form and extrude the finely divided viscous material.

CONSTITUTION: A processing chamber 2 is eccentrically provided so as to gradually enlarge circular arc over a discharge port 3. A polygonal rotating shaft 4 having the conical top is supported in the central part of the processing chamber 2. A plastic wing plate 6 is radially attached on the each outer circumferential face of the rotating shaft 4. A rotating spring plate 5 is fixed on the plastic wing plate 6.
