This apparatus for producing bean curd has at least a tubular coagulating tank 5, a means for feeding soybean milk containing a coagulating agent to the tubular coagulating tank 5, a means for heating the tubular coagulating tank 5, a means for cooling bean curd heated and coagulated by the tubular coagulating tank 5 and a means 7 for cutting the cooled bean curd. Since bean curd can mechanically and continuously be produced by using the apparatus for producing bean curd, productivity of bean curd can remarkably be increased and the bean curd can hygienically be produced.
