The apparatus for producing the boiled eggs has a heating apparatus 1 for degenerating a raw egg with eggshell such as a hen's egg, a shell peeling apparatus 3 for removing the eggshell after cracking the eggshell of the boiled egg with eggshell obtained by the heating apparatus, and an ozone sterilizing apparatus 4 for making ozone act and sterilizing and washing by spreading or soaking ozone water on the boiled egg obtained by the shell peeling apparatus.
