PURPOSE: To mass produce expanded cracker by making it possible to feed continuously a raw material to a great number of baking units at the same time and to prevent useless feed of the raw material by feeding intermittently the raw material so that supply of the raw material is stopped while the raw material is being roasted and processed.

CONSTITUTION: The screw conveyor is constructed by setting the screw gear shaft 6 intermittently rotated by an intermittently driving device such as the cam mechanism by a motor or timer 5 at the bottom of the hopper 2 fixed to the desired frame 1. A raw material is fed from the raw material feed holes 9 set at the bottom of the conveyor chambers 8 of the conveyor 7 to a desired number of the continuously laid baking units 10. Consequently, the raw material is continuously fed to a great number of the baking units at the same time, mass production is made possible, the raw material is fed intermittently, supply of the raw material is stopped while the raw material is being baked and processed and useless feed of the raw material can be prevented.
