Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce equipment cost and material cost by enhancing the durabil ity of a weir member composed of rubber preventing the overflow of a slurry when the weir member is provided on a sheet.

CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for producing the green panel for a building board wherein a water permeable endless sheet 3 receiving the supply of a slurry on its upper surface is circulated in a fixed direction to form a sheet loop 4 and a suction means 5 dehydrating the slurry under reduced pressure is provided to the rear surface of the sheet 3, belt loops 7 circulating endless belts 6 specifying the width of the slurry in a circulating route different from that of the sheet loop 4 are provided in contact with the upper surface of the sheet 3.
