To provide an apparatus for producing an inner bag wherein the inner bag can be prepd. by folding automatically a sheet of a sheet-like member and space saving can be attempted and the inner bag is prevented from being broken and dust is prevented from entering and the shape can be easily kept.

The apparatus consists of a table 1 wherein an opening exhibiting a shape corresponding to the bottom face of an inner bag to be prepd., a feeder 2 for forwarding a sheet-like member on the table 1, a plurality of folding blades 3 arranged freely rockably around the opening on the table 1, an inner bag mold 4 exhibiting a shape corresponding to the inner space of the inner bag and arranged freely in and out in the opening on the table 1, a folding blade driving part 5 and an inner bag driving part 6.
