The apparatus for producing the nanofibers includes an outflow member 115 having outflow holes 118 for flowing out a raw material liquid 300 into a space, a charging electrode 128 disposed apart from the outflow member 115 at a prescribed distance, a charging electric source 122 for applying a prescribed voltage between the outflow member 115 and the charging electrode 128, an attraction electrode 121 for generating an electric field for attracting the nanofibers 301 produced in the space and having a planar accumulation region A for accumulating the attracted nanofibers 301 on the surface, an attraction electric source 123 for applying a prescribed electric potential to the attraction electrode 121, and an insulation layer 101 disposed on the whole accumulation region A to prevent the irregularity of a resistance value due to the nanofibers accumulated on the accumulation region A.
