This producing apparatus is constituted so that a long flexible thin plate material is delivered by a delivery apparatus and molded and divided while fed to successively form a predetermined plate-shaped article and a cutting device for cutting off the side parts of the flexible thin plate material in its longitudinal direction and the taking-up device of the cut waste material 8 are provided on the downstream side of the delivery device and the taking-up device is constituted so as to change over the taking-up body 12 cantilevered on the side of a taking-up drive part 11 to freely change over a taking-up action posture capable of taking up the cut waste material 8 and a diameter reducing posture capable of detaching the cut waste material 8 taken up in the taking-up action posture to the outside in the P-direction of a taking-up shaft core by an operation part 29.
