An apparatus for producing a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is rotatably provided with a main drum 25 which releasably applies a continuous sheet raw material 11 through a pressure-sensitive adhesive 2 to a continuous release paper raw material 10 to convey both raw materials and has a cutting- into-half unit 32 for forming pieces of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, a completely-cutting unit 35 for completely cutting the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet to form sheet-applied products, and a receiving unit 37. In this instance, upstream of the cutting-into-half unit 32 in the direction of conveying the raw materials is provided a stamping unit 30 for pressing predetermined parts of the sheet raw material 11 to the side of the cutting-into-half unit 32 such that the parts pressed by the stamping unit 30 is cut into by the cutting-into-half unit 32.
