To provide an apparatus for producing pulp molded products which automatically washes a pulp-receiving metal mold, prevents scattered raw material pulp from remaining in a frame and secures safety in the rising and falling of an upper pressing means by installing a guide post between the frame and an upper stationary plate.
This apparatus is composed of the following components: a main body where a frame having a pulp solution cistern provided with a pulp-receiving means consisting of a reception metal mold part enabling both of the adhesion of pulp and the distribution of a solution and an ascending and descending part and the upper stationary plate installed in a separated state from the upper part of the frame by a fixed distance are included; a first, a second and a third upper pressing means consisting of an upper metal mold and a heating part; the guide post where its upper and lower ends are fixed on the upper surface of the frame and the underside of the upper stationary plate, respectively; a lower pressing means where a moving member repeating longitudinal movement through a longitudinal move part and a first and a second lower metal molds are included; a washing means for washing the reception metal mold part after releasing the pulp in the reception metal mold part; and a pulp suction means for sucking in and recovering scattered raw material pulp.
