To prevent mixing of a reaction auxiliary reagent such as acetonitrile into 18O-concentrated water recovered into a recovery container in an apparatus for producing a radiolabeled compound by using 18O-concentrated water containing a radioisotope such as [18F] fluoride ion.
In the apparatus equipped with an anion exchange resin column 20, an 18O-concentrated water-introducing line 21 for introducing 18O-concentrated water 16 containing a radioisotope such as [18F]fluoride ion into the column 20, an 18O-concentrated water-recovering line 23 for recovering 18O-concentrated water passed through the column 20 into a recovering container 22, an eluent-introducing line 25 for introducing an eluent 24 into the column, an eluent-transferring line 27 for transferring the eluent passed through the column to a reaction container 26 and a reaction auxiliary reagent-introducing line for introducing a reaction auxiliary reagent 28 into the reaction container, a check valve (a reaction auxiliary reagent transfer-preventing means) 40 for preventing transfer of the reaction auxiliary reagent from the reaction auxiliary reagent-introducing line or the reaction container into the O-concentrated water-recovering line is provided.
