To improve reliability in mounting semiconductor devices and productivity.
Receiving bases (projections) for the semiconductor devices are disposed in the embossed portions of a taping container for semiconductor devices having an external terminal on a mounting face. Thus, contact of the external terminal with the inside of the embossed portion can be prevented.
