Abstract:
To provide a quantitative value calculation device and a program for a form of a neurite capable of quantitatively expressing a form of a neurite.SOLUTION: A quantitative value calculation device for a form of a neurite comprises: a drive function calculation part for, on the basis of a rest image in which a form of a neurite of a nerve cell is imaged, calculating a value of a drive function which is a function forming a Loewner equation and indicating drive force of growth in each timing of a growth step of the neurite imaged in the rest image, for a plurality of pieces of timing; a quantitative value calculation part for, on the basis of a plurality of drive functions calculated by the drive function calculation part to the rest image, calculating a quantitative value of a form of the neurite imaged in the rest image; and an output part for outputting a quantitative value calculated by the quantitative value calculation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
