To prevent one catapillar from stopping temporarily.
In an apparatus for receiving a lengthy product which inserts a lengthy product 6 between upper and lower catapillars 1, 2 and receives the product 6 by rotating the catapillars 1, 2 reversely to each other, a driving shaft 21 is attached to the lower catapillar 2, and gears 112, 212 for power transmission are installed between the driving shaft 21 and a driven shaft 11.
