To reduce the frequency of removing yarn wastes from a recovering part and efficiently recover all the yarn wastes from the recovering part by compressing the recovered yarn wastes in an apparatus for recovering the yarn wastes of a loom.
This apparatus 1 for recovering the yarn wastes 5 of the loom is capable of narrowing a recovering space 3 of the yarn wastes 5 with two yarn waste compressing walls 11 and 12, compressing the yarn wastes 5 in the recovering space 3 and opening a yarn waste inflow port 13 in the recovering space 3 when the yarn waste compressing walls 11 and 12 are brought closest to each other in the apparatus 1 for recovering the yarn wastes 5 of the loom. All the yarn wastes 5 are recovered in the recovering space 3 and compressed between the two yarn waste compressing walls 11 and 12.
