As a result, the temperature of the cooling water to be supplied to the EGR cooler 3 is not affected by the load and radiation heat of an engine 1 for supplying the cooling water at a specific temperature to the EGR cooler 3, thus facilitating the control of the temperature of the exhaust gas to be supplied to the engine 1 and miniaturizing the EGR cooler 3 and the EGR cooling water cooling apparatus 9.
