The apparatus for regasifying a gas hydrate has a constitution that a gas hydrate service tank 3 having a diameter smaller than that of a container 2 having a gas hydrate feed part 4 and a gas sending pipe 6 is arranged at the lower part of the container 2, a porous plate 7 is installed in the gas hydrate service tank 3, a spray nozzle 8 is set below the porous plate 7, a funnel-like shooter 9 is disposed on the bottom 2a of the container 2, a jacket 10 is formed between the shooter 9 and the bottom 2a of the container 2, a discharge port 11 for discharging a liquid w in the jacket 10 is arranged on the wall surface of the shooter 9 and a circulation route 14 for heating the liquid w in the gas hydrate service tank 3 and supplying the liquid to the spray nozzle 8 and the jacket 10 is installed.
