Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for regulating the an air flow rate of a machine for producing a whipped cream capable of regulating the air feed rate with a high accuracy and producing the whipped cream at a low cost.
SOLUTION: This apparatus for regulating the air flow rate of a machine for producing a whipped cream is obtained by installing a regulator 30 for the air flow rate on the side of a cover 25 provided so as to cover the protruding end of a discharge pipe 22 to the outside of the machine. A dial 50 is installed in a clamp body 44 of the regulator 30 so as to enable the free rotation and movement and an air hose 42 is inserted and passed through a space between the dial and a bottom plate 54 so as to enable the nipping and pressurizing. A V-shaped groove 55 gradually increasing the width and gradually increasing the depth to the left side is formed in the bottom plate 54. When the dial 50 is operated from the outside of the cover 25 and successively moved to the left side, the extent of the escape of the air hose 42 to the V-shaped groove 55 is gradually increased. Since the opening area thereof is gradually increased, the volume of sucked air is regulated. The air is led from a connecting hose 41 to an air feed port 29 and further fed to a mixing chamber 7 while opening a check valve 28 and further mixed in a fresh cream.
