Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for releasing and cleaning of a mold wherein the release and clean of the mold is continuously efficiently carried out to improve further its cleaned quality in a process wherein a concrete test piece placed in a test piece molding tool of a both ends opened cylinder is released from the tool to clean the tool.
CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for release and clean of a mold for a concrete test piece is composed of a first station 3 wherein a releasably supporting clamp part 25 clamping a molding tool 2 with a clamp part 7 by releasably supporting horizontally on a releasably supporting jig 8, and a mechanism 9 for pushing out a test piece 1 are provided, a second station 4 wherein a right end face inner face-cleaning brush mechanism 12 and a left end face-cleaning brush mechanism 13 which clean by brushing the end faces and inner faces of the releasably supporting clamp part 25 and the molding tool 2 are provided, and a third station 5 wherein a roller releasable support part 16 supporting releasably freely rotatively the molding tool and an outer periphery- cleaning brush mechanism 18 are provided. Then, a transfer mechanism 20 wherein the molding tool 2 is sent successively through the first to the third stations 3, 4, 5, is provided.
