PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for releasing fruits filled in a container box, which comprises an inverted transport passage for transporting the container box that enables release fruits filled in the container box successively from its front portion, whereby it is enabled to protect fruits from damages by minimizing collision between them and to keep their commercial value.
CONSTITUTION: When a box 3 filled with fruits is supplied from the upper portion of transport passage 1, box 3 is held between a pair of endless belts 2, 2' and transported along the passage while its upper opening 5 is covered by one belt 2. When the box 3 reaches inverted transport passage 4, it is inverted gradually and continues to be transported with its opening 5 being directed downward. In this state, fruits can be protected from damages since opening 5 of the box 3 is covered tightly by belt 2 and fruits are filled closely in box 3. When the box 3 reaches the end portion of the transport passage, opening 5 comes out of engagement with belt 2 gradually from its front side, so that fruits can be released out of the box 3 in orderly manner.
