CONSTITUTION: A base material 1 for releasing medicine gradually comprises a PVA gel which is impregnated with a medicine 3 such as anticancer drugs and a fine particle powder of a semiconductor electrode 4 made of TiO2 as semiconductor substance having an optical catalytic effect and buried in vicinity of a malignant tumor developed in vivo, for example, a cancer tissue 5. An exciting means 2 is made up of an RF wave oscillator 6 set outside the body, an amplifier 7 and an RF wave oscillation prove 8 to transmit an RF wave oscillated from the RF wave oscillation probe 8 to the buried base material 1 for gradually releasing medicine in vivo through a living body skin tissue 9.
