Title:
APPARATUS FOR REMOVING INCORRECTLY POSITIONED FASTENER PART IN MACHINE FOR FEEDING FASTENER PART
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5648321
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for aligning and feeding parts like rivets and pins consisting of a heat portion and a leg portion by means of a scoopping plate, which is designed such that those parts positioned incorrectly can be returned to a hopper by a returning means.

CONSTITUTION: Parts like screws 14 in a hopper are scooped in an aligned manner by means of a scooping plate 15 formed with a groove for loosely holding the leg portion of the parts. Then, they are carried to a rail 18 of a linearly moved vibrating unit B and discharged from a separately feeding unit C of an automatic threading machine. Those screws not aligned correctly on the scooping plate 15 are left at the starting end of rail 18 and removed to the hopper by use of a removing plate 31, which is designed to operate via a lever 26 for a predetermined while by means of a roller 27 engaged with a cam 9. With such an arrangement, it is enabled to feed parts like screws smoothly.
