Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent floating materials from being redrawn into boiling water due to the disturbed flow of the boiling water and the quality of dried small sardines from deteriorating because an auxiliary conveyor is installed in an apparatus for removing impurities floated to the surface of the boiling water by dipping the lower end of the auxiliary conveyor in the boiling water.
SOLUTION: A guide part is arranged opposite the flow direction of the boiling water in the lower end of the auxiliary conveyor and a flow straightening plate tilted low from the upstream side to the downstream side of the boiling water is arranged in the guide part to prevent the turbulent flow from being produced near the auxiliary conveyor in the boiling cooker equipped with a hot water flow passage in the interior of a hot water tank and the auxiliary conveyor having one end dipped in the hot water flow passage and removing the suspended materials floating to the surface of the hot water flow passage and flowing.
