Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a boat having a sailing device that can sail in an effective posture, by equipping side thrusters for thrusting laterally the hull of the boat under sailing.
CONSTITUTION: The sail 12 is turnably attached to a mast 11 being erected on the hull 3. To the stem and stern of the hull 3 are provided the thrusters 4, 4 that produce thrusts laterally. By creating lateral forces TF, TR by the thrusters 4, 4, the lateral drifting to leeward of the hull 3 can be suppressed.
