PURPOSE: To provide an oxygen supplying apparatus for transporting live fish on a car while minimizing the power consumption of a power source in the control of dissolved oxygen concentration in a live fish tank.
CONSTITUTION: This power saving apparatus is composed of a converter 2 for converting DC power of a battery 1 to AC, an inverter 3 connected to the converter and converting the AC to a variable frequency power, a Do meter 23 for detecting the dissolved oxygen concentration in the tank and a circuit to transmit an H signal when the signal of the Do meter exceeds a prescribed level and an L signal when the Do meter signal is lowered below a prescribed level. The dissolved oxygen content in the tanks 6, 7 is controlled by inputting the H and L signals to the inverter and controlling the rotational speed of a pump.
