PURPOSE: To simply and surely secure a writing paper pad and the like on a leg of an user by providing both of left and right leg members on both edges, left and right, of the lower face of an oblong table to be rocked freely and also providing a means of setting a clip on the upper face.

CONSTITUTION: A securement device 10 is used for securing removably, for example, a writing paper pad 14 on a leg 12 of a user. The securement device 10 is provided with an oblong table member 16. Left and right leg members 22 and 24 are attached on both side edges 18 and 20, left and right, on the lower faces of the table members, and respective free ends of the leg members are connected each other by respective elastic webs 26 and 27. At that time, respective leg members 22 and 24 are set to be shorter than the 1/2 of the distance separating opposite sides of the table member 16 and also set to be of the length forming at least 1/2 of the front and back dimensions of the table member of the leg 12 of the user. On the other hand, a clip 34 for fixing, for example, the writing paper pad 14 is provided on the upper face of the table member 16.
