PURPOSE: To provide a separating apparatus capable of efficiently and surely separating epidermis of already roasted beans, etc., from fruits and removing the epidermis.
CONSTITUTION: Separating members 10 and 11 are arranged over plural steps midway of a dropping and separating part which is a hollow cylinder extended in vertical direction and epidermis attached to beans, etc. and left on the beans is released and separated in a step striking already roasted beans and cereals dropped from above onto the separating members and the separated epidermis is forcibly sucked to an epidermis-carrying part 3 extended in lateral direction and allowed to collide with a partition plate 25 having a punch hole. Thereby, the epidermis is dropped to an epidermis-dropping and recovering part 4 connected to the rear end part of the epidermis carrying part 3.
