PURPOSE: To obtain an adequate mixing ratio by adjusting the mixing ratio of snow within the transport pipe in the downstream side of an apparatus for appropriately extracting water from a mixture of snow and water, by connecting said apparatus on the way of a hydraulic snow transport pipe.
CONSTITUTION: Only water is extracted on the way of a hydraulic snow transport pipe and the mixing ratio of snow to water in the pipe in the downstream side thereof is adjusted to a proper ratio to enhance snow transport capacity. That is, the fluid mixture of snow and water fed under pressure by a pump is passed through an inner pipe 4 from the side of a flange 1 to be flowed in the transport pipe in the side of a flange 2. At this time, only water is made to flow out from the small holes provided on the wall of the inner pipe 4 to be flowed in an outer pipe 5 and water increased in a snow mixing ratio is made to flow out to the transport pipe in the side of the flange 2.
