The apparatus for setting a design of display components for setting the design of the display component on a particular image displayed on a terminal is provided with: a design setting menu providing means for providing a design setting menu of the display component to the terminal and allowing the terminal to display the menu when terminal requests the apparatus to transmit the design setting menu of the display component via a network and identification information unique to the terminal is registered to a terminal information database; a design setting instruction reception means for receiving the design setting instruction information of the display component from the terminal where the design setting menu is displayed; and a design information registration means for registering the design setting instruction information to the terminal information database while making the design setting instruction information correspond to the identification information unique to the terminal.
