This device is constituted so that six pieces of air cylinders 4 with pins 3 sharp at the tip part fitted to a movable edge are mutually fixed and arranged at nearly equal intervals toward the lower part to the pins and in a state of inclining to the inside (45±5° angle to the horizontal plane), and a board hanging device constituted so as to stick the pins toward the inclined lower part to the temperature holding board by working all six pieces or three pieces alternately in the six pieces and be possible to take out to the inclined upper part, is hung by a vertically moving crane device and further, XYZ-three axes are movable by hanging down from a rail reciprocatively moved in the lateral direction, and a compressor for supplying the air for driving the air cylinder and a crane device, are added.
