PURPOSE: To adjust inclination of a base and a grinding wheel in relation to a periodontal blade, and to re-polish the blade by providing two carriers to which the movement of a link to be guided along a fixed molding plate is transmitted during the rotation of a turning head.
CONSTITUTION: A grinding wheel 3 is fitted by joints 26, 27 of a base 8 supported by a first and a second carriers 22, 23. These carriers 22, 23 are formed into a parallelogram with four joints 24-27, and the upper two joints 26, 27 of the two carriers 22, 23 are arranged in the base 8. Furthermore, the two lower joints 24, 25 are arranged on a vertical support plate 20, and the support plate 20 is fitted to a support arm 18 of a turning head 15 freely to be rotated, and a link 30 fitted to the turning head freely to be displaced is indirectly connected to a lower end of the first carrier 22. As a result, during the rotation of the turning head 15, movement of the link 30 guided along the fixed molding plate is transmitted to the carriers 22, 23 so as to adjust the inclination of the grinding wheel 3.
