PURPOSE: To accurately measure comfortability of clothing under the same condition as such a case that a person is actually active in his clothes under various external environments in developing a material constituting clothing or designing clothing.

CONSTITUTION: A heat supply means supplying heat to a clothing part through an artificial skin part 2, a moisture supply means 7 supplying moisture to the clothing part and a carbon dioxide supply means 8 supplying carbon dioxide to the clothing part are provided to a human body condition setting part 3 forming a condition on the side of a human body having the artificial skin part 2 provided to the surface thereof and various external environments are formed by an external environment setting part 1, whereas the quantities of heat, moisture and carbon dioxide supplied to the clothing part through the artificial skin part 2 by the heat supply means 6, the moisture supply means 7 and the carbon dioxide supply means 8 are adjusted and the comfortability in the clothing part is measured by a comfortability measuring apparatus.
