To reduce adverse effect of the water solution of a release agent on formed goods.
An apparatus 13 for spraying the release agent is provided with a heating tank 6 for heating the water solution of the release agent which is directly fixed to a branching block 5. The heating tank 6 has, in its inside, a heater 7 for heating the water solution of the release agent, a thermocouple 14 and an adjusting plate 8 the height of which is changeable with a bolt 9 to adjust the quantity of the water solution of the release agent which is stored in the heating tank . Since the flowability of the water solution of the release agent is stabilized by heating the water solution of the release agent just before spraying to a fixed temperature, the constant quantity of the water solution of the release agent is always applied to the surface of a die. Since the heated water solution of the release agent is sprayed to the die, the surface temperature of the die is less prone to be lowered and the adverse effect on the formed goods caused by the temperature drop of the die is suppressed.
