The sterile water spray apparatus includes at least a solution tank for storing functional water or medicine solution having disinfecting, sterilizing, deodorizing functions or the like, such as sodium hypochlorite solution (hereinafter referred to as "sterile water"), an atomizing means for atomizing the sterile water supplied from a water supply pipe communicating with the tank, an outlet for spraying the sterile water atomized by the atomizing means to the outside of the apparatus, and a communicating section accessible to external communication networks such as the Internet, cable or radiophone networks or the like.
