PURPOSE: To enable mass production of packed product under an aseptic condition and accomplish advanced productivity by composing a sterilizing chamber as inlet sluice.

CONSTITUTION: A sterilizing chamber 7 is composed as inlet sluices 8 and 9, and sterilization is conducted with two illuminating units 8 even if more or less leaking should exist from non-sterilized exterior into the sterilizing chamber 7 through a passing portion 9 of a packing container 5. Complete sterilization is conducted in illumination area of an electron beam 11. The second belt conveyer 13 has been equipped in a sterile chamber 15 enclosed with a housing 14 having a lead shield wall. When a packing container 5 is mounted, the belt conveyer 13 is driven to right, the container 5 is carried to an intermediate position right under the sealing part 17, where filling is conducted into this packing container 5 with an end or the top portion in the open state. The container 5 is carried to the position right under a sealed portion 18, and vertically transported to exterior of the sterile chamber 15.
