To provide a sheet sticking apparatus and a sticking method which enable an adhesive sheet having a standing portion raised to be surely stuck to a sticking target.

The adhesive portion S1 of the adhesive sheet S having the standing portion S2 raised by a raising means 3 is pressed from an opposite surface side (opposite to an adhesive layer AD) of a base material sheet BS, whereby an adhesive can be prevented from adhering to a pressing roller 51. Thus, the adhesive portion S1 can be pressed against a target surface AS to stick the adhesive sheet S to the stacking target W by preventing a failure in sticking and damage of the sheet. In addition, a stand-keeping portion S4 is pushed out with a brush part 53 of the pressing roller 51, and the stand-keeping portion S4 is brought into contact with an intersecting surface W1 of the target W, whereby the standing portion S2 can be kept well standing.
