Abstract:
To improve the yield of a product and manufacturing efficiency by preventing damage of the product, when an abnormal voltage is applied to a power source of the product.
A power supply stopping apparatus is provided with a variable voltage detecting means for detecting a voltage from a variable power source 1, a rated voltage detecting means for detecting a rating voltage of the product, a state determining means for determining whether a voltage from the power source 1 may be applied to the product, on the basis of signals of the detecting means, and a power supply control means for supplying the voltage of the power source 1 to the product or stopping the power supply, on the basis of a signal from the determining means.
