Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable supply of sheet paper and enable speedup of the supply in a structure in which the sheet paper is taken out from one end of a fixed hopper 6 and is supplied from the other end of the fixed hopper 6.
SOLUTION: The sheet paper is sucked by a sucker 8 and is taken out one by one from an upper part of the fixed hopper 6 capable of housing a large quantity of sheet paper in a piled state. The sheet paper is housed in a carrier 2 and is carried to a lower part of the fixed hopper 6 by a supplying conveyer 4. After inserted in a bottom part of the carrier 2, the first fork 18 rises and transfers the sheet paper in the carrier 2 to the inside of the fixed hopper 6. The second fork 28 opposite to the first fork 18 receives the sheet paper at a lower part of the first fork 18 and supports the sheet paper. While the sheet paper on the second fork 28 is taken out, the first fork 18 lifts another sheet paper up from the next carrier 2, so that the sheet paper can be continuously supplied without being interrupted. When the sheet paper is transferred from the carrier 2 to the fixed hopper 6, a elevating guide member 26 guides the sheet paper.
