PURPOSE: To ensure the supply of a specified amount of liquid by a simple structure all the time, by storing a molten metal in the recess part in the upper surface of a piston, lifting the piston, and discharging the molten metal from the upper part of a cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: When a piston 14 is lifted from the lower part from the liquid surface of a molten metal H, the molten metal, which cannot enter the recess part 14b, flows out of a communicating part 14a downward. A feeding port 14c is closed by the inner wall of a cylinder 13. A specified amount of the molten metal H in the recess part 14b is lifted up. The upper surface of the piston 14 is contacted with a closing body 22, a discharging port 13b is opened and the molten metal is discharged through the feeding part 14c and the discharging port 13b. When the piston 14 is lowered, the lower surface of the piston readily enters in the molten metal owing to the presence of the communicating part 14a. The inside of the cylinder 13 is tightly closed by the closing body 22. Therefore, the liquid for the volume of the recess part 14b is always accurately supplied, and the yield rate can be improved without extra supply.
