In the plant operation support apparatus which has a personal computer, and sends/receives data to/from a process controller via a communication bus to support plant operation, the personal computer is equipped with a display means, which displays operating procedures described in logic chart format on a screen; and an execution means which executes supporting of the plant operation, in accordance with the operating procedures in the logic chart format displayed on the screen.
