Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a silica glass crucible by a rotation mold method highly coincident in a three-dimensional shape for engineering data.SOLUTION: In the case where the coincidence of the three-dimensional shape between simulation data obtained on the basis of the initial physical parameter and measurement data is lower than a predetermined standard, there are set improvement physical property parameters, at which the coincidence is at or higher than a predetermined standard. In the case where the coincidence between the simulation data obtained on the basis of the initial manufacturing condition and the three-dimensional shape of the measurement data is lower than a predetermined standard, an improved manufacturing condition is set in the rotation mold method, by which the simulation data having a coincidence with the design data is at or higher than a predetermined standard. As a result, the coincidence in the three-dimensional shape between the design data of a silica glass crucible and the measured data is enhanced to a predetermined standard or higher, thereby to enhance the coincidence of the three-dimensional shape for the design data.
