To provide an apparatus, a system and a method for grinding a solid raw material in a liquid, each of which is used particularly for making soybean milk or soybean curd without using a defoaming agent excessively and copes easily with non-usage of the defoaming agent (which is a part of standards of processed foods of organic farm products) and by each of which the taste and preservable property of soybean milk or soybean curd are improved.
The apparatus for grinding the solid raw material in the liquid is provided with: a hopper 5 in which the solid raw material 6 and a liquid raw material 8 are thrown; and a grinding chamber 12 of a grinding part for grinding the solid raw material 6 together with the liquid raw material 8. Flow regulating means S, 107 are arranged under the liquid level between the hopper 5 and the grinding chamber 12.
