To provide an apparatus and a system for providing coordinated services which can provide information services without a user having to access an information network service such as a Web beforehand.

From a voice signal from an information communication terminal, a keyword is extracted through a speech recognition process, and content containing the same keyword as that keyword is retrieved from a database. A password is created upon a password request from the information communication terminal, and the password and a content identifier of the content retrieved are stored in association. The password is transmitted to the information communication terminal. Also, content access information for accessing the content indicated by the content identifier corresponding to the password is created upon arrival of the password from the information communication terminal, and is transmitted to the information communication terminal. Also, the corresponding content is obtained from the database upon arrival of the content access information from the information communication terminal, and is distributed to the information communication terminal.
