Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile switch durability-testing apparatus which can more correctly experiment a durability of various switches of automobiles.
SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a switch-operating means 400 for repeatedly operating switches set to an instrument panel of an automobile, a jig 200 for setting the switch-operating means 400 in a room of the automobile, and a control means 300 for controlling the operation of the switch-operating means 400. The switch-operating means 400 is composed of a locking plate 410 for catching the slide-type switch, a cylinder 420 with a piston rod 421 for sliding the locking plate 410, a supporting frame 430 for supporting the cylinder 420, a guide rail 440 for guiding the sliding locking plate 410, a stoper 450 for adjusting a slide distance of the locking plate 410, and a supporting bar 240 for coupling the supporting frame 430 to the jig 200.
