Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay long materials which have been transferred on a conveyer one by one without crossing by receiving them by a predetermined number on a recessed table, to transfer them onto a bucket without causing damage on outer peripheral faces and without causing noise and to shape a work assembled cross-section into a predetermined shape.
SOLUTION: Long materials A which have been transferred one by one in an orthogonal direction to a lengthwise direction can be smoothly transferred onto a bucket B as works Z by a predetermined number by a transfer means comprising a sending means including a sending plate 3 provided at a terminal end of a conveyer, a recessed table 1 and a driver 2 for driving it, a mounting means 4 comprising a lever 4 for interfering with a cross section of the recessed table 1 or a transfer means comprising a lever. An upper part of the work Z transferred onto the bucket B is pressed by a pressing plate to shape a work assembled cross section into a shape approximate to a predetermined shape.
