This apparatus for transferring noodles is capable of supporting both upper and lower pipes A and B, arranged at the front and rear and mounted in a chamber 1 at heights in two upper and lower stages while maintaining the front and rear interval thereof, lifting the pipes A and B with a demounting mechanism 2, then taking out the pipes A and B from the chamber 1, receiving only the upper pipe A supported high with a demounting mechanism 2 in the two upper and lower pipes A and B taken out of the chamber 1 from the demounting mechanism 2 with a mounting mechanism 3, then lowering the demounting mechanism 2, suspending and supporting the lower pipe B through noodles C on the upper pipe A and further mounting the upper pipe A into a carrying conveyor 41 of a noodle stretching device 4.
