Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for treating arsenic-containing waste water, by which the arsenic-containing waste water discharged from a factory for manufacturing the device of a compound semiconductor and arsine gas contained in the waste water can be treated.
This apparatus for treating arsenic-containing waste water is provided with a gas-liquid separating part for receiving the arsenic-containing waste water and separating the received waste water into arsenic-containing water and an arsine gas-containing gas, a gas treating part for removing arsine gas from the separated arsine gas-containing gas and a water treating part for removing arsenic from the separated arsenic-containing water.
