PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for treating evacuation of animal, etc., consti tuted so as to catch animal dung using a bag body by opening a frame body composed of a pair of frame pieces in circular shape, further close the frame body and carry the apparatus, capable of sufficiently opening the opening of the bag body by obtaining a circular body in especially correct state and prevented from dropping an elastic band such as a rubber ban.

CONSTITUTION: A bag body for recovering animal dung is attached to a circular frame 1 and the opening of the bag body is fastened by an elastic band made of rubber, etc., and the tops of a pair of pieces 2, 2 constituting the frame body 1 are connected by a connecting piece 5 and the connecting piece 5 is arranged so as to contact with a receiving piece 22 attached on the top and plural hanging pieces 23, 23 are further attached on the frame pieces 2, 2 to afford an engaging means for preventing drop of a rubber ring.
